Let go of overthinking. Know that you’re enough. Live more fully.
I’m Karlina — an integrative therapist and coach for capable, conscientious people who look fine on the outside but feel anxious, overwhelmed or exhausted underneath. Through a six-month therapy and coaching experience, we move beyond survival mode toward a calmer, more connected life.

Constantly proving your worth is exhausting
You might be the capable one. The thoughtful one. The person everyone relies on. On paper, things “should” be fine — and yet, underneath, life can feel surprisingly heavy.
So much of your energy goes into managing, anticipating and holding everything together that you’ve quietly lost connection with yourself in the process.
- Overthinking everything and struggling to switch off
- Feeling responsible for everyone else’s emotions
- Running on adrenaline, yet feeling guilty when you rest
Stop living in your head — and start living a life you love
Change doesn’t mean becoming a different person. It means no longer living in constant survival mode. Over time, many of the people I work with begin to notice that…
Real change needs more than insight
You’ve read the books and listened to the podcasts. What you need now isn’t more information — it’s space to slow down, understand yourself properly, and stop carrying everything alone. Unlike traditional therapy alone, my work combines emotional healing with practical change — helping you understand the roots of your struggles while building a different way of living, across three gentle stages.
Make sense of what’s really going on
Together we explore why you overthink, why rest feels uncomfortable, and why you feel responsible for everyone — the patterns quietly shaping how you feel.
Understand what needs to change
Through nervous-system regulation and reflection, we loosen the old beliefs and create a different, kinder relationship with yourself in the present.
Step into a new way of living
With support and accountability, you start practising new ways of responding — so life begins to feel lighter, calmer and more like your own.
Why I work over six months
Most of the struggles my clients bring have been developing for years, sometimes decades. While insight can happen quickly, lasting change usually takes longer. A six-month container gives us the time to build trust, understand what’s really happening beneath the surface, and create meaningful change that lasts beyond our sessions together.
Support that meets you where you are
Whether you want deep one-to-one support, a gentler first step, or something to read tonight, there’s a way in that feels right for you.
Care you can trust
Grounded in psychology and held within a professional ethical framework — with ongoing supervision and continuing development.
What it’s like to work together
A few words from people who once felt exactly where you might be right now.
Karlina is compassionate, warm and incredibly insightful. Her calm, steady approach helped me feel safe enough to really open up — while gently challenging the patterns that were keeping me stuck.
Working with Karlina has transformed how I think about myself and my relationships. I’ve made huge shifts in understanding how my childhood experiences kept me stuck. I feel lighter, more confident and far more comfortable in my own skin.
For years I believed I was unlovable and that my value came from working hard for other people. Through working with Karlina, I’ve let go of so many limiting beliefs. I already feel lighter, more hopeful and more deserving of the life I truly want.
