Your Content Checklist
Your website is built and ready to review. Here’s a clear summary of everything that’s in place, and the handful of things we still need from you before we go live.
What we still need from you
A few quick decisions and assets will let us finish and launch. Each item below is flagged so nothing slips through.
Newsletter & free-guide signup code
You confirmed an external email tool will power your newsletter and the 5-email sequence. We’ve added clearly-marked embed placeholders on the Free Guide and Courses pages (look for the NEWSLETTER_EMBED markers). Please send your signup-form embed code and we’ll drop it in. Set the tool to email the guide automatically — the PDF is already hosted at /free-guide.pdf.
Contact-form connection (Site ID)
The enquiry form is built and ready. It needs your site’s numeric ID added to the form address (currently a {{SITE_ID}} placeholder) once the site is registered in the editor portal, so submissions reach your inbox.
Booking calendar link
We’ve linked the “Book” buttons to the Google Calendar scheduling link you supplied. It’s a personal calendar link — please confirm it’s the correct public booking link, or send an updated one.
Accreditation logos (optional, recommended)
Your credentials (BACP, ICF, One of Many®, BPS pathway, ICO) appear as a tidy text list. If you can send the official BACP / ICF / One of Many logo images, we can add a polished accreditation badge bar for an extra layer of trust.
Social media links
None were supplied, so we’ve left social icons off for now. Send your Instagram / Facebook / LinkedIn handles and we’ll add them to the footer.
Phone number removed
At your request, your phone number has been removed from the whole site — enquiries now come through the contact form, email and the booking calendar. If you’d like to add a work number later, just send it over.
Blog post dates
Three of your four articles were undated, so we’ve set placeholder publish dates (the insomnia post kept its “March 2025”). Please confirm the correct dates, or we’ll keep these.
A sensitive line in your insomnia blog
Your “I Can’t Get No Sleep” post included a graphic line about self-harm. For a public, client-facing page we gently softened it to keep your honesty without the distressing detail. Please review and confirm you’re happy with the change.
Testimonial consent
We’ve used the client testimonials you supplied, with first names and locations/roles as written. Please confirm you have consent to publish these.
Swap in real course photos later
The Courses page is a styled placeholder with calm illustrative imagery. When your first course is ready on its WordPress subdomain, send the content and we’ll build out the full sales page and link it up.
Competitors we looked at
A quick scan of how others in the integrative-therapy-and-coaching space present themselves, to make sure your site stands out for the right reasons.
Your edge: a warm, personal, first-person voice and a tightly-defined niche (capable people in “high-functioning survival mode”) that most clinic-style competitors don’t own.
What’s built and ready
Everything below is live in your preview and pulled directly from the content you supplied — nothing invented.
A note on images
Your real professional photographs are used throughout — on the homepage hero, About page, and service pages. The calm, atmospheric supporting images (page banners, course cards, blog headers and the guide mock-up) were created to match your brand palette and can be swapped for your own photography at any time.
One small housekeeping point: a few of your supplied portraits are lower-resolution. They look great at current sizes; if you have the original high-resolution files, send them over and we’ll drop them in for extra crispness on large screens.
